Welcome to Novara, the destination for professional development courses at novaravista.site. These Terms of Service govern your access to our platform and use of our offerings.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in courses, purchasing digital materials or products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
2. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
3. Services Overview
Novara offers instructor-led workshops, live webinars and coaching sessions (collectively “Services”), online digital guides and videos (“Infoproducts”) and branded products (“Goods”).
4. Professional Development Services
Services include live or virtual sessions designed to enhance professional skills. Enrollments are confirmed upon payment. You may request a reimbursement up to 7 days before the scheduled start of a Service. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
Certain customized coaching sessions or private workshops require preparatory work. These bookings are not eligible for reimbursement after scheduling due to resource allocation and planning. However, you may reschedule at no extra charge with at least 48 hours notice.
5. Infoproducts
Infoproducts consist of downloadable materials, e-books and on-demand recordings. Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, these items are eligible for reimbursement only if access issues cannot be resolved within 3 business days of purchase. In such cases, contact us and, upon verification, we will process a reimbursement via the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Goods
Our merchandise offerings include printed books, apparel and accessories. You may request a product replacement or reimbursement for physical defects or shipping errors within 14 calendar days of delivery. Approved claims will be reimbursed and we will cover shipping costs for sending items back. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Reimbursements follow inspection and will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
7. Reimbursement Policy
- Reimbursements will be made through the payment method used at purchase. Processing times vary by provider.

- All reimbursement requests are subject to verification and approval by Novara.
8. Service Transfers
If you cannot attend a scheduled Service, you may transfer your enrollment to another session at no additional cost, provided you request the change at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials and trademarks on novaravista.site are owned by Novara or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novara’s liability in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service, Infoproduct or Good.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
